what size are the lug nuts that hold the coil pack plate on?

So update: the car is running good now I changed the o ring. I'm so happy this project has came together but I'm not sure if I'm at top dead center "TDC". how would I adjust that for my timing?

The timing is not adjustable at all. It is all controlled by the ECM.
