engine is not running?

The vehicle will not start because you have to have your new ignition key programmed the your vehicle's Power-train Control Module (PCM). The only two options that you have here is to take new key along with the vehicle's VIN number to either a locksmith or the dealer. These are the only two businesses that can program your new ignition key(s). Please get back to us with how everything turns out.
