Is at pin 30 the PCM receives power from the TIPM?

No, pin 30 gets power from the ignition switch.

On the pinout diagram it shows it is coming from the TIPM.

The diagram I sent you says ignition fused feed. Check the fuse for this.

Remove the connectors and look for any loose, damaged or burned pins. Use some dielectric grease for a better connection.

So is the TCM part of the PCM or the TIPM is the TCM?

The PCM is also the TCM. The TIPM is another module that controls body functions as well as powers to components.

And the PCM and the TCM communicate internally on the motherboard the communication does not uses any external wires right?

They control outputs based on inputs.

Internally they talk between themselves, yes.

The other thing when the car acting up the radiator fan was running all the time I checked the coolant temp it was 192.

Okay, so the computer put the transmission in limp in mode (turn off TIPM relay) when it see abdominal input.so it could be any sensor causing that right?
