There's an o-ring around the base of the distributor. You will find a whole assortment of sizes and thicknesses at the auto parts stores to pick from. They stock them because they fail from time to time. Some shrink in cold weather. Some deteriorate from heat.
This assumes the oil is leaking from between the distributor housing and the engine. If the leakage is taking place inside the distributor, there is a seal there, but the problem is caused by an ineffective PCV valve and excessive pressure in the engine.
