Massive engine oil leakage?

UPDATE: i check the belt area like you said all was fine on the other hand i took the vlave cover off and found the two bolts not wanting to tighten snapped some pics for you and used the screw driver to find where the sound was coming from on the valve cover pic 1 was before touching it the bolt was just sitting there pic 2 is just the same but closer as i tryed to tighen them just turning for about ten min pic 3 is where the sound is coming from and please tell me this is not real bad news also the i pulled the bolts there was no breakand the thread was fine im guessing that down below is the problem

also i heard of this stuff called Loctite Thread Sealant
do you think this might help yet im not sure if these have to be torcked on or not not sure if you can use the sealant when you do the tork

the car has had engine seals and gaskets recently replaced, but is still leaking oil. I've narrowed it down to a particular hose, but am unsure of what this hose is called.

If the bolts are loose and the similar ones on the valves are not I know you have found the problem. The problem is more serious that just using loctite. I would remove the bolts, see if the bolts are stripped or if the threads in the hole are stripped. Then you either replace the bolt or tap the hole a size bigger and tighten down. Be careful as the last great mechanic over tightened them before.

I don't have a picture, as my car is in a different location than I am at the moment. trying to do this remotely, so it's a little difficult for myself, as well. is there any particular hose you know the name of that could cause this problem?

what is location of hose, why is it leaking? i cant think of any hose that should carry engine oil unless it is power steering oil or transmission oil?

Can you describe the location of the hose and where it is attached to?

Is the leak bad?

The car is leaking oil from the tiiming belt area. I replaced the cam,crank seals. I recently noticed that it was coming from the oil pump, so I replaced the pump oring and gasket, but it still is seeping out right from the back of the pump. Could it be leaking from the oring that is internally in the pump, is it a bad pump. Any advice would be GREAT, Thank You.

There is an oil seal behind the pulley of the oil pump and it often leaks.

You need to disassemble the oil pump to replace the oil seal. Makle sure the shaft is properly cleaned.

I just replaced my carburetor and my car started up but I noticed a leak (actually, a pouring) of oil coming from the lower pulley area around the crankcase.
It started out slow and then started to flow like a little river. It is also leaking from the opposite end of the crankcase but not as fast.
It started to leak really bad after trying to push-start the car last night.
Need some help!
My car is sick!!!

If its leaking at both ends the crankhaft is probably bent or the thrust bearing its rare to leak on both seals at the same time.

If the leak is from the seals, how easy are they to replace.
Is there a procedure and how do I go about it?

pros, my 1986 honda accorrd leaks from distrib..is there o rings or gasket inside ?will they be avail.locally?can y`all splain what and why .failed

There's an o-ring around the base of the distributor. You will find a whole assortment of sizes and thicknesses at the auto parts stores to pick from. They stock them because they fail from time to time. Some shrink in cold weather. Some deteriorate from heat.

This assumes the oil is leaking from between the distributor housing and the engine. If the leakage is taking place inside the distributor, there is a seal there, but the problem is caused by an ineffective PCV valve and excessive pressure in the engine.
