My heater is not working - blows cold air?

when i turn the dial from cold to hot the temp stay at cold and i hear a clicking sound like the vent wont switch over to heat. how to i get to the unit to repair the vent or lever to switch it to heat?

Hi jfiscaro, Problem is most likely to be broken blend doors. Check the actuator and linkages first.

Remove the center console and lower steering cover to facilitate removal.
