A/C and heater only works on passenger or drivers side?

i noticed my driver side vents blowing hot so i replaced the blend door and nothing has changed. my driver side is unbearably hot while my passenger side is nice and cool.

Did you recalibrate the new actuator? It should be done with a scan tool, but can be done without.
Take a look at the first two pics below. They are the directions for replacement. I'm adding them so you can confirm nothing was missed.
Pic 3 below is the recalibration directions.
Try that and let me know if it helps.

Yes I have recalibrated every way the internet provides and it still blows hot

Hi:
The next thing I would suggest is this. Remove the actuator leaving the wiring connected. See if the actuator responds when you change the requested temp. If it does, then the blend air door is likely stuck. If it doesn't, then we can either scan the CAN bus to see if there is a code related to the HVAC or start tracing wiring.
CAN stands for controller area network. Basically, all the modules/computers are tied together via a few wires. If you scan the CAN system, it should identify any codes stored in modules, regardless of which one. Here is a quick video showing it being done.
