are you sure you put the correct push rods in there places?? there are 2 different lengths?

there is 2 different sizes so what is the correct order to put the push rods?

that is something you should have looked at removing them. by now, if you missplaced them, there may be valve damage requiring removal of the heads again.

start with a compression test.
