If it has not gone away, no other additive is needed. it may need lifters as they will not pump up.

no, the intake manifold has to be removed to get down to them. it is a 7 hour job in a shop. It is major surgery for the motor.

Okay, so I've been 664 miles..was doing great.
Thursday I went to start it, it started right up but it made an awful squeaking noise - I popped the hood and noticed my serpentine belt was rotating super slow. And has also been spraying pieces of it all over.
I came to the conclusion it's the crank shaft pulley.. Ive been told that those don't normally need replaced and if they do need replaced i have more problems than just the pulley and belt itself.
My question is, could the crank shaft pulley be a problem of its own?

Check the belt tensioner. It is a common failure and the belt would loose up and make noise

Did you see the picture I uploaded? The belt isn't touching the pulley itself.

Could it be the tensioner and the crankshaft? Both pulleys?

Yes it could. Remove the belt and see if the pulley is damaged
