Can I try running a ground to the fuel pump relay to see what's happening there?

Well then, the fact that grounding that wire activates the asd relay but not the fuel pump relay leads me to believe there is something wrong with the pcm. Make sure you check all of the pcm fuses, cause usually there are more than just 1.

You could, I believe it was that brown wire, just to see if the fuel pump will run.

Is it pretty safe to say, at this point, that the problem is the pcm?

If these 2 fuses are ok, I would have to say yes to the pcm being bad.

Ok for continuity, and 12 volts. So looking like pcm. Any recommendations for sources? I have an auto zone, or Napa locally.
