Shuts off while driving then starts right back up

i am not getting fuel pressure. pump is pumping, but no pressure and it looks weak the fuel coming out of the line.

Okay, what is the exact pressure? If you do not have a gauge, you can rent one at a parts store.

i don't know it is coming out when i push in the valve no pressure on it.

Can you hear the pump run?

If you do, then you need a pump.

If you do not then you need to check the voltage to the pump.

i just put new one in and drive it and drive it. now no pressure which just because it new does not mean anything.

That is why you need to check the voltage at the fuel pump.
