Good morning,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.

We need to do some testing to find out why the fans do not work

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-wiring

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

Does the condenser fan work with the A/C on?

Okay, that fan will come on when the high side pressure hits 150 pounds.

Do you have a tester for doing some voltage checks?

No, but I’ve changed the switch because I thought it would be that but nothing still. still no fans when temperature gauge is at its heat they still don’t turn on even if I try to turn on A/C. I know they should kick on anyways when turning on A/C but nothing.

Can you go to the radiator fan relay and check for voltage at the relay with the key on?

In the diagram I sent you, there are 2 fuses for the relay.

I do not know if every little whole on relay that the relay for fan to turn on have to have voltage but the small fuses have voltage.

No, with the key on, you should have 2 terminals with voltage.

11.58 and I’m giving you everything. I’ve been trying to be honest it’s crazy how it don’t turn on would a bad thermostat not make the coolant can’t to turn on? but okay either way when turn on A/C they both suppose to go on?

Okay, is that one terminal or 2?

11.58 means your battery is dead. You should charge your battery. It needs to be 12.6 volts.

Yes, the voltage you need to these terminals needs to be above 12 volts for the relay to work.

Again, how many terminals have voltage at the relay?

Both have 12v I just checked it. but do you think a bad thermostat would effect it if it has a bad one?

Okay, if the thermostat is wide open and the coolant never reaches 208 degrees, yes it could.

One test you could try is to disconnect the connector for the coolant sensor with the key on. The fans should kick on.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-a-coolant-temperature-sensor-works

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/symptoms-of-a-bad-coolant-temperature-sensor

If they do, the all the electric is good and the issue is it is running too cool.

If it does not, then we have an electrical issue.

Try that and let me know.

Okay, with the sensor unplugged, check for power to the fans. Use your test light or voltmeter and see if there is any power to the plugs.

Okay, no, the black lead goes to the battery negative post and the red lead is what you test the terminals.

Is the key on and the coolant sensor disconnected?

Okay, I have been looking at the diagram and there is no way there should be power on all 4 wires. If you do, you have a short in the harness somewhere that is providing power where it should not be having power.

You need to inspect your engine harness and be sure it is not damaged or pinched anywhere.

There should only be 2 powers with the key on. The third wire is a ground done by the ECM and the fourth is the wire to the fan motor.

If you have power on all 4 then there is a short in the harness that is allowing those wires to be powered.
