Vehicle immobilizer

So my dad cut a wire to my alram system under the hood of my car this weekend so it wouldnt go off each time we reconnected the battery. But now my car wont start.. we reconnected the wire and everything. Inside i have a light flashing at me and i can still arm and disarm the alram but when i go to start it the engine turns over but doesnt start. help please?

you remind me of the Simpsons, try replacing the battery in your remote, and then you may need to reprogram the key to the ignition, . I will tell you how to do that, it depends how much is worth to you.
