No heater operation - blend door actuator location?

Are both heater hoses sort of equally uncomfortably hot to hang on to when the vehicle is at operating temperature? (hoses to the heater core)

Not sure car is at the shop.

I was checking to see if there was circulation through the core.

Could be stopped up again if the hoses were cooler than normal.
