Hoping someone can help me I need a pin out for the Instrument cluster on my 2000 Dakota. pulled to get to a line and lost it all.. im sure its a ground.....

Just to add my $.02 the most common cause of this No BUS message is a faulty cluster. While a loose ground can cause the module to go off line, you normally would have some other fault codes because the loose or no ground will cause a lot of other sensor and gauge issues. If you have just a no bus signal then I would suspect the cluster is faulty first.
