1994 Acura Integra oil disappearing?

what does that mean?

no smoke coming out of the oil fill up someone told me my tps sensor may be messed up since when i turn on my car the rpms go up and down over and over again

If the idling speed is surging, it usually is caused by vacumn leakages, faulty Fast Idle Thermo Valve ( FITV ), Idle Air Control ( IAC)valve, idling speed set too high, lack of coolant in system or cloggecd coolant hoses to the IAC and/or FITV.

The TPS is less likely to be the cause.

ok so no smoke was coming out of the oil fill up so what next ?

How is the oil level now?
How many miles have you travelled?

It is surprising that the oil is disappearing with no visible signs an plausible explanation.

If you have not travelled much yet, mark the oil level and monitor the situation for a while to reconfirm the amount of loss.

it was at the half mark i went to a resturant to pick our food up and took it real easy didnt go over 4000 rpms came back checked it and it was just above the bottom dot
i honestly believe its comin out of the exhaust the ground behind my car turns black after so many starts i believe the rings need to be replaced nothing else makes sense to me

With so much oil disappearing, it is a wonder the exhaust is not smoking like a fogging machine. If you run the engine for less than 30 minutes, then it is possible the smoke would not be that much.

If the exhaust is black and oily, then yes, the oil is getting to the exhaust and it could be the oil rings.

i just want to cover all my bases so i bought some rings and imma change those because it will probably need them soon if not now anyways
it obvious it not smoking much cause i dont notice it but i just cant help but think about how a big black stain got on my bumper on the sid eof my exhaust i just hope that this is it cause im tired of spending money on things that may solve it and most of this stuff aint cheap!

Possible causes for oil disappearing are :

1. Worn Valve seals.
2. Oil leaks.
3. Piston rings.

Apart from the above, there are no other possible causes.

ok i believe i found it
while i was takin my engine apart and got down to my pistons i decided to clean the back of my block and when i was doing that i noticed some sort oil catch tank and i also noticed it wasnt bolted down at all just chillin there for no reason
and i remembered when i was taking my intake bracket off that i took out a few bolts on the back side i guess i didnt notice that one was supposed to go back in that so its been loose the whole time just drainin my oil everytime i drive
that makes sense to me how i lose so much oil everytime i drive and i dont see no smoke or nothin
so i believe i found it once i get my car all put back together ill let you know if that was it or not but i strongly believe that was it

That is the blowby box and certainly would be draining your engine oil with not much signs under the vehicle a the oil would be dripping onto the ground.
