okay, so lets see if i have this right. One side of the fuse will be + and the other -, is that right? i just don't know where to look or start. i have the basic tools with a ohm/volt meter and a test light (nothing fancy) , please read more....
1-it worked not that long ago.
2-where do i start?
3- is there any lights or anything else it could make it blow, example: radio, amp, lights?
i am so lost and stressed with this and need heat for the cold nights/mornings.

No, you have power to the one side of the fuse. The fuse passes the same power to the other side to go to the loads it controls.

Maybe it is time for some help from someone who knows more about electric and how it works.
