1998 Saturn SL1 p0446 and p0446 pd

I don't know if this is relevant but when my car is at a stop light or sign i have to keep my foot on the gas if not it will bog off...once in awhile even my foot is on the gas

The rough running may or may not be related.Do you have a test light?

Yeah why

Put the key in the run position and put the test light across the two terminals of the vent solenoid connector. See if the test light lights up pretty bright make sure you dont open the terminals doing this.
