Engine turns over but won't fire

No wont start anyway. We tried starting fluid, jump start, and nothing. It cranks normal like it always sounded before, but nothing. My son checked and it does have spark, the fuel pump is working and engaging you can hear it, we changed the ignition coils, spark plug wires, and nothing. Checked fuses and relays and nothing..
