Is the IAT sensor supposed to have oil inside of it?

Is the iat sensor supposed to have oil inside of it? i unplugged it because it looked nasty and inside was dark liquid. I'm guessing it's oil.

Yep, that is no good, I would get a new sensor. Also, I would change out the PCV valve as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Where can i get a replacement and how to do i check if the connector itself is faulty and if so, where can i get both replacement is?

The connector you can just clean and inspect with the flashlight to make sure the electrical connectors are in good shape and the sensor you can get at the local auto parts store.
