engine is cold it will start up and run three seconds and shut off and no gauges are working in my dash. there is a key lighted up with a circle around it and a line down through it in the right hand corner. I thought it was security so I took off negative battery cable to reset computer and did the lock unlock thing with the key in driver's door where that is the only door with a key hole, but still the same thing. could it be that my chip in my key is bad or what do you think my problem could be? thank you. starts up runs three seconds and shuts down every time even when engine is cold.
