Replaced starter and battery, turn key to start nothing happens. Checked fuses, all good.

Hello,
There is an IGN3 fuse that needs to be checked. Here is a guide to help you see where you are losing power and the starter wiring diagrams and fuse location so you can see how the system works and test for power:
