It is like the key is stuck and will not turn enough to start it?

I started it, backed out of garage, turned it off, now 20 minutes later it won't start. It's like the key is stuck and won't turn enough to start it.

It sounds like the ignition switch lock tumbler needs to be replaced or you can try spraying WD40 into the keyhole. But to be sure please upload a short video of the problem. Here is how to change the part out in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
