Turn over the ignition and it does not crank over?

turn over the ignition and it doesn't start. When I turned it over all the gauges zeroed out until i let off the ignition. I have put a battery charger on to make sure that it isn't the battery. Replaced the starter nothing, ran a jump wire off the starter still won't start. Replaced everything for the ignition still nothing. Even done a little starting fluid in the air intake to try to get it to start. I can only get it to crank over when i use the jumper wirer from the starter.
