There is a squealing sound when attempting to start the vehicle?

It is making almost like a squealing sound when we try to start it, we noticed that it’s not getting any pressure no gas is getting from the pump to the motor, so we changed the fuel pump, but nothing changed still no pressure and still same squalling sound when we try to start it. Any ideas?
