Will not start, codes P1640, P1119 and P1120

I was driving on the road in slow traffic, and it just stopped. Had to push it to a parking lot and it turns over but won't fire. Towed home and checked codes. P1640, P1119 and P1120. Main relay control circuit, inlet metering valve control malfunction and inlet meeting valve malfunction.
Have checked crankshaft position sensor and the plug is broken badly and the three wires have no power to any of them. Is the main relay in the fuse box under the hood listed as the starter relay?

First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have very limited information. However, I will try my best to help.

As far as these codes are concerned, the one thing in common they all have is the P1640. That indicates there is an issue with the main relay circuit. It could be something as simple as the relay or poor connection.

In most vehicles, the relays will be located under the hood in the fuse/relay box. Locate the main relay. If there is another one having the same part number, switch them to see if it makes a difference. If there isn't, here is a link that explains how to test one:

The remaining codes are both related to the inlet metering valve (IMV). This is used to control the fuel rail pressure by regulating the amount of fuel sent to the pumping element of the HP pump.

If the relay checks good and there is no corrosion causing an issue, then I would recommend checking the fuel pressure at the engine.

When it won't start there is very little pressure at the fuel rail. But sometimes when I try it, it starts and runs fine. The other day I was driving, and it just stopped, and the motor wouldn't start again so I had to have it towed home. It hasn't started since and has no rail pressure. I have changed the fuel metering valve and made no difference. It is getting a 5-volt power to it with key on and keeps that when key off for 20 seconds. Do you think there is anything else in the pump that sets pressure because at the back of the pump there is also a metering valve of some sort screwed into it?

Is the pump running? If you are getting no pressure, it sounds like either the pump has failed, or a filter may be blocked.
