Will not start

Put a battery charger or boost pack on your battery, while holding the pedal to the floor crank the engine for 5 seconds, wait 30 seconds, then repeat. This will clear out any excess fuel that you may have in the cylinder that could be causing a "flooded" no start condition. Also get a fuel sample in a clear container. This is the most non-invasive and easiest thing to try first before getting too deep.

Where would I get a fuel sample from? could the fuel pump be bad or the filter stopped up?

You can get it from either the filter, or at the fuel injector rail from the line coming into it. If you lift up the driver side rear seat, there will be an access panel for the pump itself, you can access it there but be careful of getting fuel on your seats or carpet. Can I check and see if the fuel pump is working at the fuel rail?

Since you have spark and fuel from the smell, I would start with a compression test to see if the timing is correct. You could have a valve timing issue.

You should have around 140-150 pounds of pressure. You could check the front bank which is the easiest.

Okay, can I rent a compression tool from a part store?

Yes, you can. You could buy a cheap one at Harbor Freight as well.

If it jump time that will cause it not to start also right? I look at the timing chain it seem to turn when it was cranking but could have something broke in there that i can't see.

That is correct.

How many camshaft position sensor does this have one or two? I replace one already.

CAMSHAFT POSITION (CMP) SENSOR

Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the CMP bolt.
3. Remove the CMP sensor.
4. Remove the O-ring.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

My suggestion was the less invasive, easiest thing to try and is always the first thing to check due to the fact that sometimes a vehicle will come in on a tow truck and I go right out and start it up because of something simple.
