Hi,

It sounds like you have already done a lot of work. Let me see if I can help. First, although you replaced the fuel pump, are you getting fuel to the engine? Next, is the ignition spark to the spark plugs? Lets start simple. Take a look through this link first:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

Next, I need you to check all ignition fuses under the hood in the power distribution box.

If all fuses are good, we need to check for spark and fuel to the engine. Here are two links. One explains how to check for spark and the other fuel pressure.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-an-ignition-system

The easiest way to check is simply see if the engine starts for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does, then we know it's a fuel related issue. If it doesn't even try to start, then suspect ignition issues.

Do these tests and let me know the results. Honestly, we need to know if there is spark and fuel. If either is missing, it won't run.

Let me know what you find

Hi,

You might have activated the theft deterrent system, Check the red light on your dash if it is flashing you will need to check for (B) codes and write them down and clear them if the codes are not hard codes it should reset. I'm attaching a procedure below use it to reset the Theft deterrent module. Please let us know if this info was helpful and what fixed the vehicle.
1. Turn the ignition OFF for 10 seconds.
2. Connect the scan tool to the data link connector.
3. Turn the ignition ON with the engine OFF.
4. Use the scan tool in order to retrieve history DTCs from all modules.
5. Clear all history DTCs.

Thank you
