Will not start

It hits maybe twice then nothing.
Take the fuel pump relay out and it will start and run for 15 or 20 seconds.
It acts like it is flooded, and starts with no fuel pressure .
Any idea what I am dealing with?

This does sound like a fuel issue so we need to dig further into this. Here is the pressures it should be and then inspections we need to do first. Let me know what the pressure is when you turn the key on and the other tests and we can go from there. Thanks
