Changed harmonic and CKP and tested ICM it was good. still no spark.why?

This sounds like you could have a problem with your vehicle's Ignition Control[IC] Module. To be sure though, I have included in the diagrams down below a diagnostic troubleshooting flowchart from the vehicle manufacturer for your vehicle for you to go through. Please go through it and get bak to us with what you find out.
