won't pass smog fault code # P1131

I found three vacuum fuel hoses and replaced them. I am hoping that would take care of the problem, but I don't know much about auto mechanics , so i am not sure. Also need to know where the OBD 2 hook up connection is so I can have some one check it for me. Your help would be appreciated and I've already received a ticket for expired tags. Now I find myself rambling on to meet your 200 character minimum. Thank You
