Will not pass smog, Catalyst is not ready

I keep taking my vehicle listed above GLS model, to get smog everything passes but it keeps saying my Catalyst isn't ready. I completed the driving cycle's, and it just keeps saying isn't ready.

Yep, I have seen this problem before, you probably have an engine cooling thermostat that is broken open, so it takes too long to go into closed loop making the computer halt the monitoring process. Here is the location of the thermostat so you can check it out. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.
