Won't idle after head gasket repair

It has had everything done by the book and now it acts like it's choking and loping very badly at idle. The idle was great when it came to me any ideas?

check fuel pressure, scan for codes and check for a vacuum leak. auto parts rent gauge for pressure and can scan for codes.
