Will not crank

I got in car and turned key and i got nothing, someone told me to check starter. so i pulled starter and did a test the starter worked. so I do not know where to start next.

You can ignore sections 3-10 in section 1, as they do not apply to you. Section 2 is a little more on point, so follow it more closely. Good luck and let us know.
