Wobble noise from front driver side wheel

I hear a wobble noise that sounds like it is coming from the front driver side wheel. It only happens when I go over a bump at low speed. What could this be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the wheels are tight. Also, check for excessive play in the wheel bearing.
