No signs of any accidents, low miles car, tires are close to new, no shaking while applying brakes. I have a wobble at low speed at takeoffs until it gets to 50 mph maybe, i thought a bent wheel or balance, i have a balancer, rebalanced all 4, didn'tt do it. Placed 2 front on rear sane thing. Axles look weird while in the air but when i took a video of them both look the same, so I am guessing normal. Nothing seemed crazy wobble while balancing them or while up in the air while gear in drive. Please see videos, just strange. If i take off real fast it's worse, a bad wobble, if intake off slowly not as bad. I checked wheels at 3,9 and 6,12 no play at all. Pressed on top of hood to see any struts play none.

I think the front is too low compared to the back.

decided to raise his 2 front wheels and checked, he also has a similar wheel up/down movement but not as bad as mine, turned out his axle just started leaking lol and both his lower control arms are shot, but he has very little wobble compared to mine. Mine the bushings are good, but I felt some free play up and down on driver side on transmission side while moving the boot, will order one and see...turns out it's a common wobble on many of these Volvos, usually control arm bushings or tires or axles.

Yep, I was going to say, if the wobble goes away when you let off of the throttle this will be worn out CV axles. But the lower control arm bushings will cause this as well. Thank you for the videos/images.
