Have just had my BCM replaced and I am now been told I have to replace whole wiring loom. Can they not find out were the fault is without having to replace whole loom? They said BCM and ECU working fine, but there is a fault done which is stopping car from running. Please help.

Sounds like you need a better shop. If it is a broken or shorted wire in the loom a signal injector and tracer would let them find it.
Did they tell you what items are not working? Does it turn over? Does the fuel pump run? Have spark?
It could very well be a broken wire or a burned harness, but those are not really common, usually it is a bad connection which can be traced by determining what does/does not work.
