Wiring harness going into door

I have found broken wires in the cluster of wires where the driver side door hinges. Is there an easy way to work on those wires other than in place is there a clip that I can undo and pull them through?

try pulling the kick panel off on that side if you are lucky there may be a connector otherwise you will have to fix it as it sits.
