ECU wiring diagram needed

I attached the wiring diagrams for the ECM. Clearly it appears the distributor is the issue since it started after replacing one of them but have you checked the clutch pedal position switch? Maybe it was a coincidence that it started on one of them. Have you reinstalled the one that it started with and threw the code? If it started and threw that code and now it doesn't start, you can at least rule out a coincidence by putting that one back in and getting it to start and having that code come back.

I included the testing for the pedal switch. Let us know what you find. Thanks

I do not have the old distributor, sadly, I thought about doing that, but after putting 3 brand new distributors on, i would think the distributor would be fine. i however had not thought about the pedal switch. It does crank and crank, just does not start and i did the spark test and they are not firing. I will definitely try that tomorrow though!

Okay. Sounds good. Clearly that will cause a no spark condition so let's start there. If that checks out then we can move onto other things that cause no spark.

Did the test, everything checked out fine. got a buddy over to help test spark, i have spark. I did redo the timing belt and I am now thinking it's the timing because it does crank and crank. i have fuel going to it. I guess i will have to redo the timing again to make sure i have it lined up right.

Okay. Thanks for the update. Yes. You need three things to start an engine. Spark, fuel, and compression. However, spark must be at the right time. So timing is clearly critical. Let me know what info you need and we can go from there. Also, can you confirm you have a 3.0L engine? I only show the 2.4 and 2.7L as options. Are you located outside the USA?
