There looks to be a grounding wire coming from the fire wall and I am not sure where it goes?

It is between the master cylinder and the brake booster. I am finishing up replacing the clutch and unfortunately, I should have paid better attention when taking everything apart. Also, there is a ground wire for the transmission. Where exactly do I mount that on the transmission?

There are ground wires from the battery to the engine or transmission, there should be a ground wire going from the transmission to the firewall. Here are the locations for the ground connection and other wiring connectors as well. Check out the images (below).
