I am having electrical problems in my research I found out that the wipers, temperature gauge, and blower motor for the heater take power from the ignition switch. So I pulled the switch out and I jumped power between the switch and the blower motor, temperature gauge, an wipers all started to work. So I figured I had a bad ignition switch so I replaced the ignition switch and I am still not getting power to these things. The truck will turn over and start just fine but it seems like I am not getting power through the switch in run. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like you have an IGN B or IGN C fuse that is blow under the hood. Here is the ignition switch wiring diagrams (below) and a guided to help you run a test for power:

Check out the diagrams (below). Check for power at the red and red/white wires at the switch. Please let us know what happens.

With the key off do you have power at the orange and red wires? If so the switch is bad and needs to be replaced. If not then check for power at fuses IGN C and IGN B.

Please let us know what you find.

I just replaced the switch. And I am still having the same issues. I put a toggle switch in and bypassed power through the switch and everything is working.
