Wipers, turn signals not working

I had a mechanic check the fuses and he said they were all fine. What else could be the problem? He said it might cost $600.00 to $700.00 to replace a part? Please help with a suggestion of what to look for.

Hello,

This is common with these cars, what happens is the TIPM goes out which you can replace yourself with no programming needed. Here is the instructions so you can get it fixed. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
