Both the front and rear wipers stopped working while I was using the rear wiper

Vehicleis a Dx wagon. I Checked the 25 amp fuse and it was blown. so I replaced it with a new 25 amp fuse but still both the front and rear wipers don’t work. Then I tried changing out the wiper switch on the steering column with the original one that previously worked. (I had changed the clock spring with high beam/wiper switch with a new set 2 years ago) but still nothing. Any suggestions on what else I should do or check would be helpful. Thank you.

Hello,

Yes, the fuse is blown again. The reason that a fuse blows is because there is a short to ground somewhere in the circuit(s) that it is protecting. Without fixing the short to ground the fuse will blow every time the circuit(s) are energized. In the diagrams down below I have included the wiring diagrams for both your vehicle's front and rear wiper circuits as well as a guide for finding short to grounds in an automotive electrical circuit. You will need to use a Digital Multi-meter (DMM) so here is a link to a guide explaining how to use one, if needed, below:
