Windshield wipers are not working

There is no relay that you can access. The control is part of the fuse block or the TIPM, a totally integrated power module.

This is a very common failure. Verify no power to the motor. If there is no power, then most likely the module is bad. If there is power, then the wiper motor is the issue.
