Wiper motor relay switch?

The wiper relay is located on the left side of the engine compartment inside the battery junction box. here is the wiper wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the location of the wiper relay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed. Please check the underside of the fuse panel lid to see which one is the wiper relay, please let me know.

The two spots currently don’t have any switches in them? Please see if you can figure it out and let me know, sorry for the delay and thank you.

Please look down into the fuse box where the relays should be and see if there are metal terminals to except the relay?
