It will need to be replaced, sorry, there is no fixing the glass once it has been broken. Here is how the part is installed. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

I've bought a new stick-on glass and base. Plus, can the car be driven with the glass broke?

I would not drive the car with broken glass, it can flake off and cause injuries. Can you upload an image of the glass so I can see?
