This issue is draining the battery. Can I just pull the fuse and if so where is it?

I've attached a photo below of the fuse block.It's located above the left side kick panel. I've circled the wiper fuse in red.We can also help you try to fix the problem.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
