A couple of weeks ago, my wipers decided to quit working. Nothing happens when turning the switch; no intermittent, low or high. I checked the associated fuse and it checks out ok. I've read the relay is not serviceable and is inside the TIPM. I have replaced the switch in the steering column, replaced the BCM with a remanufactured unit, and tested a new wiper motor. None of these have resolved the issue. When I test voltage to the wiper motor, only one of the wires has voltage and when activating the switch, the other two wires get nothing. I do hear clicking in the TIPM when turning the switch on the column, like relays clicking. I would like to see if there is a fixable solution before spending money on another part. Also, the code that is showing is B2303-13 if that is helpful.

Yep, we can get this fixed for you, the first thing I would check is the ground, (black wire G105). Please check the ground with the wiper motor unplugged. This guide can help you

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester

Connect the tester to positive battery when checking the ground.

Your code B2303-13 is the key: on Chrysler/Ram this is “Wiper Park Switch Input - Circuit Open.”

Here is the wiring diagram so you can see how the system works, it shows the 2 fuses that run the system as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. Ken

Thank you, the wiring diagram was helpful. I ran some tests on the wiring and the ground is good to the wiper motor. It is also receiving voltage from the BCM on the BRN/GRY wire (Park Sense). When I test for voltage when the switch is on Low, according to the diagram, the BRN/WHT wire should energize with voltage, it does not. When I test for voltage when the switch is on High, the BRN/ORG should energize, but it also does not. I'm certainly only a novice when it comes to electrical, but the way I see the diagram, these should energize when the switch is on Low or High. The 30 Amp fuse is good and I tested for voltage at the fuse, and it is getting full 12 volts. I'm starting to think there is an issue with one or both of the relays that are inside and not serviceable. I also checked for continuity between the harness plug on the back of the TIPM to the wiper motor and both of these two wires have continuity so there is no issue with those wires on the way to the wiper motor.

Yep, I agree. it sounds like one of the relays is not working or had bad connection. Here is a better shot of the wiring diagrams. It sounds like the PDC needs to be replaced, I would check ebay.

So after waiting for a used TIPM to arrive i finally got it today. After switching it out the wipers do activate now. But the problem I’m now getting is the wipers only go low and high. In intermittent mode they just go low speed constant. When I turn them off they just stop wherever they are they don’t return to the “home” position. I had replaced the column switch when I started the troubleshooting so I tried replacing the OEM switch and it behaves the same. Any ideas?

I went ahead and tested a new wiper motor and everything is working now. I’m guessing the park sense switch in my old motor was bad. Maybe that’s what caused the relays to go bad. I don’t know. But thank you for your troubleshooting tips and diagrams. It was helpful!!
