Windshield wipers

Hello,

This could be a problem with the wire that is highlighted in the wiring diagrams that I've included in the diagrams down below. I have also included instructions on how to find an open in a circuit. It will require you to use a multi-meter, so I've also included a link for you to go to below if you are not familiar with how to use one.
