Where is the windshield wiper park switch located and how to replace it?

The park switch is located in the wiper motor assembly. The wipers park switch is one part of the circuit. There are two relays which are controlled by the body control module (BCM).

For the wipers to park, the BCM places the circuit in low speed, which leads me to ask, is there any way to make it function properly?

If not, there are a few ways to go. One is to replace the wiper motor (which may or may not fix the issue, scan the can-bus to see if there are codes stored in the BCM (recommended), or start checking relays. I attached a pic below of the under-hood fuse/relay box and highlighted the two wiper relays. If there are other relays with the same part number, switch them to see if it makes a difference, or here is a link that explains how to check the relay and circuit:

Thank you very much for this info. I'm a retired electrical engineer so I can get around relays quite well, I will check that. Today, they seem to be working normally. So, I'm wondering if some rain got into the assembly. There is also another part of this, I didn't want to put all of it at once so there was no confusion. 2 years ago, I replaced the wiper regulator assembly. Soon after that, the wipers developed a very irritating squeal when operating. I lived with it for a while but then noticed that the spring that is in the wiper was actually touching the glass on the passenger side and was scrapping the glass. Recently talking to a friend, he suggested that perhaps I had swapped the wipers when I reinstalled it. I tried reversing the wipers and that solved the problem. But I've noticed in some online videos of this car that I had the wipers on the same way as the cars in the video. Right after I switched wipers this problem occurred. So, I'm wondering what the real root cause of this is. Again, thank you for your help.

If you are an electrical engineer, take apart the motor where the electronics are located. Once off, inspect the solder joints to make sure there isn't one that is cracked and not making good contact.

Often that can be the cause of a weak joint. I didn't want to suggest it until you told me you are an engineer.
