There is a wiper motor relay that sound like it is stuck on here are diagrams to help you change the wiper motor out. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.

I have changed the wiper motor but need to find the relay.

The relay is inside the wiper motor. here is a wiper wiring diagram so you can see how the system works. Do the wipers still not shut off?
